Drilling Mud Hose Assemblies

    The rotary drilling hose industry is defined by hoses used in the rotary    drilling process.This hose features high strength spiral steel wire  reinforcement which provides a very flexible connection capable of  withstanding high pumping pressures at API  working pressures and usually  used in oil fields, well cementing, well repairing, geological explorations, small drilling  machine, and water conveyance at coal excavations . They are useful to carry slurry,  water at environmental temperature, and other fluids.The neoprene (CR) cover and  tube provide excellent resistance to heat, oil, mud, weather, and abrasion.

Construction: It is composed of an inner rubber protection layer, middle rubber                            layer, steel wire spiral layer and external rubber cover.

Applications: oil fields, well cementing, well repairing, geological explorations,                           small drilling machine, and water conveyance at coal excavations. 

Working Temperature:  From -40℃ up to +100℃
